New Building Permit Process

Effective June 22nd

The Corona Virus has changed the way that we conduct business.  Companies have to be agile and adapt to the new normal, embracing the use of technology to ensure continuity of operations.  This allows companies to remain viable within their industry, provide customer service and protect the health of their customers and employees.

Accordingly, the Township has developed a new tab on the Township’s web page that automates the building permit process and moves it to an online platform.

Beginning Monday June 22, 2020, all building permits will be obtained using the online process, including payment. 

To use the process, go to www.londonderrypa.org.

Find the tab on the web page named “Building and Zoning". This is designed to allow our residents to complete, receive and pay for their permit on line. You can find the new tab by highlighting:

          “ZONING CODES & RESOLUTIONS”

            You will see a drop down menu that says   “BUILDING & ZONING”

            Click on “BUILDING & ZONING”

            You will see a screen that says:  “HOW TO OBTAIN A PERMIT”

            Follow the step by step procedures from there.
